We are happy to announce that Team Curbs has signed up for the Student Brake Away 2008. Our team currently consists of 2 members:

We have not yet decided which car we will bring to this event – we’ll keep you up-to-date on that issue!

The 2008 route for the Student Brake Away was announced yesterday night:

England – Antwerp(Belgium) – Interlaken(Switzerland) – Jesolo(Italy) – Ljubljana(Slovenia) – Medulin(Croatia)

The Switzerland-part includes the famous Stelvio Pass – which, to all driving dedicated teams, will be a highlight!

Can’t wait to start preparations for this event ..

Hey all, the rally is over and we’re back in Austria! What a journey .. we would like to thank the SBA crew, the teams and the fans, it was astonishing – We’ll definitely be back next year .. even bigger 😉

The journey has started. Together with Team Audi Austria we started our trip to Brighton at McDonalds Wienerstraße, Graz. We’re making good progress and currently try to connect our cars via a WLAN and TeamSpeak. CB radio didn’t work. Weather is very good, it’s getting dark. GPS navigation is up and running, on-board power supply is being set up. The female voice of the navigation system iGO sucks. England here we come!!!

Hey all! We are all very excited here. There is still so much to sort out and we’re already running out of time 🙂

Our plan is to start on Wednesday in the evening together with Team Audi Austria. The guys over at the headquarter will provide you guys at home with a live tracking service .. I will post any updates as we get them!
